Meet the Board

President - Maile Coad

Hi Astros! My name is Maile Coad, and this is my first year as President of the Ladd Acres PTA. Previously, I have served as the Vice President for 2 years and have been Chairing the Book Fair. I have two children at Ladd, a 5th grader and a 2nd.

I love supporting the library. One of my biggest goals for the upcoming year is to enrich and support the Ladd Acres community.

Vice President - Lisa Cavanaugh

This is my first year on the PTA board. I have 3 children, the oldest of which is in middle school and previously attended Ladd Acres. I also currently have twins at Ladd Acres. I have volunteered with various events at Ladd Acres in the past, from Carnival to yearbook. My favorite event isn’t an event, but the connections and families I meet each time I volunteer. I am looking forward to helping maintain the active Ladd Community and building up support for all students.

Secretary - Rochelle Zirdum

Greetings! My name is Rochelle Zirdum and this is my first year as Secretary of the Ladd Acres PTA. I joined the PTA last year and had so much fun that I signed on for more! I have three kids in the Hillsboro School District - a Senior at Glencoe High School and two at Ladd Acres. My family values education. I work in higher education and my Husband serves in a local school district.

We are proud to be a part of the Ladd Acres community and have enjoyed many PTA events throughout the years. This year, I am looking forward to connecting Ladd students, teachers, and staff with resources and opportunities to make this a memorable, enriching, and community building year. Let’s have fun!
